¡DONAS DE CHOCOLATE CASERAS!.... Super fáciles y deliciosas.

**Hola hola usuarios de Steemit.**

<center>**El día de hoy les quiero compartir este postre que a mi en lo particular me encanta, de verdad que yo soy amante de las donas, me encantan las donas comerciales, de todos los tipos de sabores, podría comer donas siempre siempre, y lo raro es que nunca las había intentado en casa, así que hoy me anime y salieron maravillosas, divinas y espectaculares. Hoy les comparto esta deliciosa receta de *DONAS 100% CASERAS*, que de seguro les encantara al igual que a mi.**</center>

**| I N G R E D I E N T E S |**

* 290gr de harina todo uso.
* 50gr de Azúcar.
* 1 huevo.
* 1/2 taza de leche.
* 2 cucharaditas de levadura en polvo.
* 1 cucharada de mantequilla derretida.
* 1 Pizca de sal.
* Azúcar glass, cacao en polvo, chocolate para derretir.

**| P R O C E D I M I E N T O |**

* Vamos a empezar mezclando los ingredientes líquidos, el huevo, la mantequilla y la leche.

* Colocaremos la levadura.

* Mezclamos con un tenedor.

* Ahora en un tazón grande, donde haremos la mezcla, colocamos los ingredientes secos, la harina, el azúcar y la sal.

* Colocamos los ingredientes húmedos en la harina.

* Ahora empezaremos a mezclar durante 3 minutos, cuando la harina no se te pegue de los dedos vas amasar en una mesa limpia con aceite durante otros 5 minutos.

* Formamos una bola y la guardamos en una tazón previamente engrasado con aceite, reservamos durante 1 hora con una paño limpio encima.

* Una vez lista la masa, estiramos nuevamente y con dos cortadores redondos haremos la forma de la dona.

* Vamos a colocar las donas en una bandeja con aceite, y vamos a reservarlas por 30 minutos más.

* Mientras hacemos la cobertura de chocolate. Para ello mezcla 3 cucharadas de azúcar nevada con 2 cucharadas de cacao.

* Añade dos cucharaditas de leche.

* Añade 100gr de chocolate derretido.

* Las donas ya deben estar listas para cocinar, en una cacerola pequeña pon a calentar aceite a fuego medio, y coloca 1 por una las donas, dejando 1 minuto de cocción por cada lado.

* Por ultimo cuando las donas estén tibias sumergimos en chocolate y colocamos el topping que deseemos.

<center>**¡Espero que les haya gustado esta maravillosa receta!**, pues a mi me fascino, las donas quedaron super crujientes y a la vez muy suavecitas y esponjosas por dentro, me fascino el resultado, para ser la primera vez no pensaba que quedarían tan bien, ademas que el toque de chocolate le d aun sabor ideal e igual a las donas que venden en cualquier tienda, la verdad es que no tienen nada que envidiarle a las donas que venden en los locales. **Son deliciosas, ricas, bellas y fáciles de hacer.**</center>
