I have been talking with a lot off friends online and some have a hard time at the moment or have had a hard life up till now. But also Moneywise but also in their head with worried thoughts. XX is under the weather, just like my dear friend @xcountytravelers with her knee operation and getting through personal training and @wesphilbin, who has foodpoisening. Robert who lost his great father and I a great friend, Mike, Claire and @verhp11 ( Peter I am with you tomorrow and I hope so bad for GREAT news ! ) Life can be a bitch sometimes. In all facets both fysical and mental. And believe me, all of us have our own troubles and things we need to do, to insure that our life is running as smooth as possible. If that is even possible!

The way for me is to blog about life and all it has to offer, in good, bad and in sad times. That way I am making my library of life on the blockchain of opportunity. I came across a lot off blogs that showed me, I am not alone. As a mum I learned parenting is the same all over the world. Raising kids and all the challanges that go with it, well that’s the talk in the @steemitmamas discord every day. So joining them
gained a lot of knowledge!

So ( I will link you in a DM ) blog about this period where you are in and do it in a free write, it will help you lift the heavy thoughts a bit AND you will see that people in the same situation will interact with you. Empower you and uplift you.

A freewrite , a ULOG, a personal happening or a #thoughtfuldailypost ......all is good. APPICS is a great app to do a quick blog and Steemify is a great notification app so with both you are good to go !

I think it's the feeling that "you're on your own" to get through something when in reality, there's always someone who has or is going through the same issue. But if you keep it to yourself, how will you know and ask for help? 

There's likely an element of "oh I don't want to bother anyone" when it's likely that 'anyone' is willing to help if you ask. 

My thoughts and things I've experienced anyway 🙂

I have a great life so when I talked to XX today and XX told me the wish to leave it got me thinking. Comment on demand cause like you said there is always someone that experienced the same in the past or is in it now. And you can even do it anonymous. It's something I struggle with sometimes as a male, we're not supposed to have emotions according to "lad culture" in the UK when actually it's far better to talk about your problems then bottle them up and implode later in life.

One thing I have found that is common world-wide is that everyone has their own story that brings them to where they are today. **Most** people at least understand that on a basic level and are happy, and willing, to help, or at least offer a sympathetic ear and some advice. It can be hard to admit "I'm down," or "I need help." It's a huge relief when those calls are met with friendly encouragement.
