There are hundreds of tutorials and those related to editing programs are very popular. @ikarus56 showed a cinemagraph he did on a recent post, where he integrated a photo of a natural landscape with the video of an animated man walking, so it seemed as if he was walking through a bridge that was on the photo. This time, he decided to teach us how he did it using Adobe Photoshop with a well-explained tutorial. This way you can also make your own cinemagraph! -=-
