*Yesterday I was looking at coinmarketcap and I saw there the 2 cryptocurrencies that are created by exchanges !*

Those are Binance Coin and Huobi Token, both exchanges colluded with Justin to takeover steem ! 

Thanks god they are both powering down now, but they have similarities and that's really interesting ! 

> I think that we will see poloniex token or coin in the future ! 

What if a few exchanges just colluded together to takeover the ecosystem of blockchains and cryptocurrencies ? What if that's a plan of governments to kill decentralization ? Maybe the proof of stake is just designed for that ? 

It's really interesting if they did the same to other less known cryptocurrencies. Those who don't have such big community as ours and those who gave up on protecting their chain. It's for sure possible ! 

I mean it's clear why they are doing this. They just want their tokens to grow and they want more people to use their exchanges. I think it's all about money and power. 

*If we will not stand againt this and keep fighting for this chain, the same thing can happen with the new chain created as well.*

There is no guarantee that such story will not be repeated. That's why the only way for us is to keep pushing for the old chain to keep it up. 

*After all we are mostly here content creators and the only thing we are good at is creating content and awareness.*

> Maybe also the crush of bitcoin is related also with all this. They seems found the weapon against decentralization and that's the proof of stake !
