*The first time ever, I heard new age music at my friend's house. I've found a cd with cool music and when I asked him, he said it's what his brother loves to listen to and he told me that's ''New Age''.* 

Since then I was always finding such kind of music and listening to when I like to relax. 

Today I watched a movie and in the end I heard such music and it made me want to hear it again and I decided to write about it as well. 

Then I found some music on youtube and decided to listen to. Here one of those videos :

*It's really an awesome feeling when you hear such music. You can meditate with it or just relax.* 

When you hear it, you feel there a lot of traditional music. It could have some Arabic, Indian or Asian melodies. *You kind of hear all traditional music from all regions and countries at once, maybe that's why it's called ''New Age''.*  

You can hear in it a lot of instruments like : piano, flute and even guitar sometimes. It's also mostly with natural sounds of animals or something moving like waves, rain or wind. 

Here is the definition from wikipedia : 

> New-age music is a genre of music intended to create artistic inspiration, relaxation, and optimism.

So, if you want to be always inspired and optimistic, you should hear such kind of music sometimes.
