Bitminer is a startup from Angeli’s Group, constructors and energy producers for 40 years. With more than 20 collaborators and more than €3M revenues, they are the largest industrial crypto-mining group in Italy. Their sustainable solution is based on 4 basic principles: perfect use of clean energy: 
- (BMF) will use increment - more energy from clean energy sources, such as hydro and solar installations. They will place decentralized mobile agricultural equipment close to environmentally friendly sources, significantly reducing the amount of CO2 that would be needed if they used conventional power plants.
- Reuse of otherwise wasted energy: power plants around the world, renewable or not, often have energy that is not used and is wasted. (BMF) have created partnerships that allow the use of these energy sources, minimizing the need for additional energy for their mining purposes, benefiting the environment by providing cheaper energy supplies.
-  Flexibility:  mining units can be easily moved (think of them as stand-alone computing containers "on wheels"), so they will easily get to factories that have the maximum spare power, or new purpose-built renewable power plants.
-  Diversification: will strengthen the position for achieving the goals. With 30% of the proceeds from ICO, exceeding $ 20 million, they will directly invest in the construction of solar / hydroelectric power plants. A 100% clean and renewable energy source will be used for the direct use of mining equipment.
