Stable coin?

Read a lot about stable coins lately. Is a currency valuable when it's stable? 

I don't think so.

That's true. In that sense it does have an appealing use case.

However I think a currency is more valuable when people exchange hands with it. That doesn't seem to be happening with current stable coins.

Based on what you said, I think stability is a must have for a good currency. If it's too volatile, people will either abandon it, or use it for other purposes.

That being said, being stable doesn't guarantee it's a good currency.

We need something If we are trading in crypto, or if we have no bank to hold existing fiat. Also the value of the USD has decresed every month steadily in value since it was first made new and is a matter of time before its worthless anyway.. Its safer I guess to hold a stable coin as this would actually increase in value like tusd did not long ago, if/when the stock market crashes, which is due any time soon in patter with the 10 yearly cycle :)

Anyway its time to buy BTC and forget fiat even exists hahahhaa
