Ever since mankind's existence began in the churning of great oceans, the spark that gives us life is the energy within us. It is from our own energy source that the essence of our being is derived, enabling us to take pleasure from our relationship both in giving and in receiving and is what causes us to benefit from our work and our ambitions. It is the source from which we draw our spiritual strength, improve our physical appearance, and actualize all our aims and desires, in the process benefiting both others and ourselves. 

We have developed our mental, analytical mind so much that we mostly are not aware of these energetic intelligences at work within us, except through instinctual or random behavior. It should be recognized as imperative to know these energy centers within our bodies, as they have much wider importance to a person’s general health and wellbeing than we normally give credit.

It is very important that we are able to recognize our energy, knowing how to nurture and tap into it, this ability helps us in achieving a meaningful life.
As we gradually adapt to the energy within us and become more aware of its  amazing strength then we can start to feel our invincible auras.

Human auras comprise spinning wheels of energy whose radiance reflects our inner well being. They manifest as colors which are invisible to us but have been captured with special cameras. Auras play a vital role in our lives, because when they are weak, the energy level of a person is also weak while when they are strong there is absolutely no mistaking it.

In our practice of Intuition Medicine, we refer to the field of energy around the body simply as the aura. Most people do not realize that they have a second skin, the aura is an energy skin that protects and shields their energy system just as physical skin protects their inner organs.

This second skin is the boundary between your personal energy system and the energy of your environment; an illuminated wrap of life-force medicine; and a subtle nervous system receiving and sending energy messages. This energy skin is your aura. Every living being has an aura.

Whenever the aura around you is alive and glowing brightly, your home will evince and vibrate with your personal energy. Perhaps energy is spiritual; maybe our personal energy is not only linked to the energy of our environment and our homes, maybe it is also linked to other dimensions of existence and to other parallel words which are unknown to us.

It is important we remain inquisitive and we should school ourselves on the idea to enhance our charisma and personal energy in order to become real pros at what we each do.

Explanation about the strength of energy are incomplete simply because we have yet to discover more about it. We know that when we do certain things our energy gets revitalized but we do not know how this happens. For instance we know that when we have sufficient sleep our energy gets replenished and we are sharper, clearer in our thinking, and more radiant in our appearance. Conventional wisdom offers a simple enough explanation, which is  more rest equates to a stronger mind and body hence making our intrinsic energy stronger as well. But there is more to it. 


## The Power Of The Energy Within Us
There are people whose energy is so powerful that all who meet and interact with them can feel their energy. People like this radiate an almost irresistible charisma, an energy that is unseen but most definitely felt. Such people are described as compelling, alluring, and captivating.
