「禁止性騷擾」
今天剛好到車站坐車，等車的時候四處逛逛，在佈告欄上面看到這個標語，心裡想說終於有機會可以把它拍下來了，所以就把它拍下來，然後，到這裡來抒發一下對於目前中文程度低落情況的不滿。這個標語的內容只有5個字，就是「禁止性騷擾」。我在不少地方看到這五個字，包括公車上面捷運車站內等等，每看到一次我就會生氣一次（這個人的脾氣真的很不好呀！）。

不要誤會，我不是認為性騷擾是應該的。我只是覺得這個標語的中文程度太差勁了，平常人這樣說也就算了，這種算是政府機構產出的標語，就應該要有正確的中文用法才對，因為有示範效果呀！我不知道讀者們看到這裡，是不是能夠知道我對於這句標語的意見是什麼？如果不知道的話，在下面這張照片之後，就讓我來解說，順便抱怨一下。

再說一次我對這個標語所要表達的意思，當然完全沒有意見，或者可以說十分支持（一定要的吧，裝也要裝出來，XD！）。重點當然在於中文的使用。

「禁止」，是什麼意思呢？相信大家都很清楚。問題在於，需要禁止的事情具有什麼樣的性質呢？想一想平常在日常生活中我會看到禁止什麼樣的行為？

禁止抽煙，禁止停車，禁止擺攤，禁止大聲喧嘩，公園裡面禁止烤肉，禁止打棒球，河流旁邊禁止露營，池塘禁止餵魚等等。

舉凡抽菸停車擺攤烤肉露營等等，其實是沒有錯的行為（這裡的錯指的是在法律和道德上的錯誤）。所以要被禁止，都是因為在不正確的場合地點，所以才要禁止。以上分析沒有錯誤吧？

也就是說，接在禁止後面的行為，其實在很多正確的場合地點，完全是沒有問題的。就算是抽煙也是沒問題，畢竟這個社會是允許抽菸的。烤肉露營，當然是很好的活動啊！

如果以上沒有問題的話，那麼，聽聽看以下的禁止，有什麼問題？

禁止殺人，禁止搶劫，禁止吸毒，禁止虐童.....

如果你覺得這些聽起來沒有問題，那麼我們對於中文使用的想法就是不一樣。以上這些行為，在正常人類社會中，完全都是不可以做的事情，不應該使用禁止兩個字作為前面的動詞。

你，同意嗎？

所以，你現在可以了解，為什麼我看到禁止性騷擾這五個字，會感到很不爽了吧？

因為這五個字，其實隱含了性騷擾有時候是正確的，這樣的意思。
