Receta Rillettes de atún con apio

 <li><strong>unos 70 gramos de apio</strong></li>
 <li><strong>2 cucharadas de mascarpone</strong></li>
 <li><strong>1 echalote pequeñp</strong></li>
 <li><strong>sal pimienta</strong></li>
</ul>
Comience quitando el aceite del atún.

Retire las fibras más grandes del apio y córtelas en trozos muy pequeños.

Picar el echalote después de pelarlo.

En una ensaladera, triture el atún con un tenedor (aproximadamente la mitad del volumen de atún, puede disfrutarlo de acuerdo con la textura deseada).

Salar ligeramente y agrega pimienta.

Agregue el apio y el echalote y mezcle bien para obtener una preparación homogénea.

Filmar y dejar reposar en el refrigerador.

Puede servir las rillettes con tostadas o pan tostado, con un poco de aceite de oliva y unas rodajas de tomates cherry y unas cáscaras de eneldo. ¡A disfrutar!
