Satisfying lentils soup

I'm trying going to the shop once in two weeks and this means that I have to use many things that I have in my pantry. I also buy veggies that I can keep for long, such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant or carrots. All of them are healthy and delicious!

Today, I made this perfectly satisfying and utterly delicious lentil soup. It requires simple ingredients that all of us have at home - onion, garlic, carrot, potatoes, lentils, parsley and dried herbs. Yes, that's it! So easy and so good!
