My Actifit Report Card: November 12 2019
对于军训我一点都不陌生，今天媳妇参加了一次工作军训，他对于这方面的印象就是在上学的时候参加过。从作训服统一到培训前的准备都很积极，自己还准备在军训期间表现的积极主动打算配合好教官带动学员，这一点我很是赞同和鼓励，每天完毕后也特地进行总结分享，我相信只要抱着这样的态度一定会取得进步和收获！就像她总结里边写的：刚开始不太适应放不开，慢慢的喊口号声音也变响亮了，并且带动影响团队里其他成员，虽然刚开始团队配合不默契展示PK的时候成绩不理想，但是只要每位用心一定会取得好成绩！Z

今天是个好日子，初中一位同学喜得贵子，办了一场酒席。选的这家酒店也是名气很好，中午下起了中雨出门带了伞，到门口的时候四位接待都忙着给客人的雨伞“打包”，这个时候我看到车场一位保安大哥扶着一位老人打着伞缓缓的上台阶，然后接待交接过来后送上了电梯，看他们的沟通后应该是把老人送进房间。看似一个简单的服务流程，做起来毕竟也不容易，老人毕竟走的慢而且还要耐心沟通。想想服务行业的我们，就是需要耐心，细心，关心以及敏锐的“观察力”及亲和的说话语气，这样才能体现出一个集团公司的服务理念，服务质量，这样自然口碑好，顾客就会选择的越来越多！

今天周三白班会把各楼层中转站整体卫生作为重点处理，从货架顶部到地面所有工具物品进行清洗归位使环境保持清洁整齐；3楼是孙豪兄弟处理的完毕后通知我进行检查，，进入中转站感觉就像到了“新华书店”整体卫生摆台井然有序，同时还主动把三楼房间里所有不锈钢卫生进行了处理，在没有安排的情况家自动自发工作，像这样的员工是值得开会表扬奖励值得大家学习。
