My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2019
今天听了APP软件“得到”里边罗振宇说的“逻辑思维”其中一个话题“怎样传递信息最有效”，他分析的很有道理，人在接受信息可以通过，文字，视频，语言，来进行但是有的事情可能用文字表达不出来其中的全部细节意思，所以还是需要语言来传递。同时也说到“逻辑思维”为什么不用视频，书籍来“讲述”这样的话可能会占用听众更多的时间以及条件，听书在走路的时候，开车的时候，甚至漆黑的夜晚等等都可以进行。也说到现在人们都“不读书”可以通过其他方式来接收信息，书的印刷减少这也必然是一种趋势！r

下午听伟哥讲得课，其中说到，上下级以及同级的关系，“尊重你的上级，团结你的同级，爱护你的下级，应为你在别人眼里你也是占有这三个层次的，你想别人怎么做，别人也同样想你怎么做！”回到前面一段讲得“学习管理不是为了管理别人，而是自己！”前呼后应都是在强调需要先正其身，然后自然会提升自己的“非权利影响力”；虽然以前听过，但是在伟哥一次次讲解，使我明白了以前在学习过程中比较模糊甚至不好理解的问题，从中受益匪浅，增长了自己的“阅历知识”提升心志！感谢伟哥的讲课！
