While in private, we should try as much as we can to criticize them in a low tone, rather than shouting at them. Constructive criticism should be our main priority when handling sensitive matters. As we tend to criticize people in private, reverse is the case when we want to praise them. We should praise them in public so as to boost their self esteem.</div>
