For sure!  You nailed one of the positives right there - so many different and interesting contests all on one platform is a positive.  The sense of 'community' and building relationships and communities within Steemit to help each other out is def another positive.  The exposure that the platform has is def a positive as well.  There's always an opportunity for others to see our work, and possibilities for collaborations, and new doors to be opened.  Those are just some of the positives.  For me, the biggest positive is just that I can share my writing with a community, and each post is an opportunity for more people to get introduced to my writing who may not have come across it before ...

i wish but nope, to be the lawnmower man at the township (as a steady job) you need at least a hi-skool degree (in any direction) and take an exam.
I did it for year once but that was some kind of stateside masterplan to give you work experience
in reality they hire you because the state pays half the wage with tax-money, so they keep you for a year and after that discard you for the next "cheap labour" because you would have to be paid full wage from their pockets. ive been through several of those in the last 25 years its always the same. the "experience" you get ofcourse amounts to nothing like "what did you do ?" "

 lol, you see how far that gets you in the *labour market* right ? they get lower statistics on unemployment to show to the EU and so on, basically its kind of a treadmill to take turns so they can show off the numbers

when the NV-a (disguised right extreme / employers lobby) took over they tried to sanitize , so all those masterplans are gone but we still have five governments, someone must have overlooked the biggest overhead of the country hahah.

On top of that i don't really fit will in teams with shiney people with fake smiles and i'm not much of sell-myself-person ... makes me feel like the working girls at the north station (much respect ofcourse), you know the kind i mean , right ?
Last time they tried that was in some callcenter where you make coldcalls trying to shove magazine subscriptions up someones rear. So after working for free for almost three or four hours the guy calls me over and says "i dont think i see you doing this" 
then shuts up, clearly waiting for me to explain why im the best at it

so i said "well okay, lets not waste each others time then i'm sure you have lots to do" ;-)

i don't roll that way, im good enough or not, i dont need that kindergarten motivation push and pull b.s/ and a lot of people, especially americans or chinese think i'm exaggerating, right, but that's why no one gets belgium lol
