Not As Planned Sunday & My Actifit Report Card: January 20 2019

This Sunday didn't turn out the way I imagined it.

After yesterday's foggy skiing day today was to be sunny and cold. The order of the day was running, skiing, walking, drive home.

What has really happened...

A huge headache and a general not-feeling-well happened during the night.

So, at the time the alarm clock woke me up at 7:30 am I was tumbling around the bed, trying to push the pain out of my head and get some decent sleep. All in vain. So I overslept the day and woke up for real at 4 pm. 

My wife and son enjoyed the day on the snow, the most beautiful day this season, while I was nurturing my brief illness.

I was still able to walk Puma and catch the last hello of the setting sun. 

While packing and driving home, my wife is a designated driver, I felt better already and at night I went for a short run in the hood to keep the streak going. It's 113 now.
