[PLAY STEEM] 애플 아이디 비활성화??? 해결! MacBook Air M1

PLAY STEEM 모바일 앱 개발자 이타인클럽(@etainclub)입니다.

오늘 갑자기 앱 개발하는 노트북에서 애플 아이디를 로그인 하라는 메시지가 나타났습니다.

그래서, 로그인하려고 했는데, 계정이 비활성화 되어 있다고 나옵니다. 저는 개발할 때만 맥os를 사용해서 이런 적은 처음 있는 일이라 매우 당황스러웠습니다.

암호는 분명 맞는데 말이죠.

그래서 일단 검색을 해봅니다. 그런데 별다른 방법이 없네요?
전화 말고는요..

지난 번에 앱 심사 받을 때, 전화 영어로 힘들었던 게 생각납니다.

그래도 일단 전화 서비스를 시도해 보려고 사이트에 접속합니다.

그런데! 채팅이 있네요? 한국 애플 사이트로 들어갔는데 설마 또 영어 서비스 센터로 연결되는건가? 하고 생각했지만, 그냥 고고 했습니다.

왜그런지 모르겟지만 이번에도 영어 서비스 안내원이 메시지를 보냅니다.

전화영어에 비하면 영어 채팅은 맘이 훨씬 편합니다. 휴우~
사실 지난 번 전화영어는 앱 심사 거절한다고 해서 막 이유 대느라 정신이 없었습니다. 짧은 영어로 설득하기가 너무 어렵더군요.

채팅을 통해서 문제 상황을 알려주니, 잠시 기다려 보라고 하더니, 해결했다고 암호를 변경하라고 하더군요. 다행입니다!

사실 전화나 채팅을 연결하기 두려웠던 이유가 있습니다. 제가 개발을 위해 일반 노트북에 맥os를 설치해서 쓰고 있기 때문입니다. 그게 문제가 될까봐 연결을 주저했죠 ^^;

결과적으로 그런 문제 없이 계정 문제는 해결됐습니다.

이 기회에 맥북을 구매해서 개발하려고 합니다! 사이즈가 작아서 다음 거 나오면 사려고 기다리고 있었는데, 개발을 본격적으로 해야 해서 더 기다릴 수가 없네요!

제일 위에 있는 M1 맥북 에어를 구매할 계획입니다! 개발환경이 좀 더 쾌적해 지겠네요!
