Nothing better than fresh fish... I don't like fish in general but I discovered that when it's fresh I really like it :)

Thanks for this post! I’d never heard of Fish Hot Pots before. I’d love to see a recipe! Maybe one with not shark? 🙂

I never had this fresh hot pot, but it looks and sounds delicious.  
  When I lived in El Salvador we ate a lot of fresh fish too, from the fisherman pulling the nets right in front of our beach property.  So when we had a chance we would buy it from them.  And if you would help them with pulling the net filled with fish to the shore they would give you some fish for free.
Anyways, love your post.  And always want to see what's next.
