<div class="text-justify">I've been invaded by bedbugs, these last two weeks I've been finding almost daily different bedbugs in my little garden, a stinky bedbug in one of my jaca fruit plants, this particular bedbug, when they feel in danger or are disturbed they emit a foul-smelling liquid to scare off their possible attackers, and it scares them away because it's a really scary smell.

This kind of <i><b>Pentatomidae</b></i>, which emits this stinking liquid, is thanks to compounds such as cyanide, usually have this beautiful green color. Other bed bugs I could see in my small tamarind tree, and in basil plants, These feed on the sage of some silver and have to be catalogued pests, because very few insecticides have an effect on them.

Saint Wikipedia tells me that there are at least 5000 species of pentatomids, so it is very likely that we find different colors, sizes and shapes, there are some more elongated and thin as the <i>Zelus Longipes </i>, but in general lines are very similar with antennas of about 5 segments (thanks to that get their name), with flattened bodies, these that I have seen in the last week, ranging from about 8 millimeters to a couple of centimeters long.

Although some species of bedbugs such as zelus longipes are considered beneficial for plantations and are even cultivated to introduce into corn fields because they are predators of other small pests, other pentatomines and pentatomids are considered pests when their proliferation is high, which represents in some cases economic losses for farmers, for now I have to go finishing every bedbug I see, because I do not want to add chemicals to my plants.
