Little Steps!

Sometimes it just takes some little steps in succession to get to where you want to go.

I have talked about this a few times over the last week or so, but I'm trying to install an earlier bed time and earlier wake time for myself.

If you rewind to a few years ago, you would've seen me waking up at really early times.. We're talking 5:30, 5 AM early.

I miss those days. I miss those days A LOT. 

I am in desperate need of that old routine again and it can take some time to get back into the swing of things.

So, I've been waking up earlier and earlier each day. 

This morning I woke at around 8AM... Not bad for a total night owl who has been waking up at noon for the past few years.

I'm about to get to sleep and as you can see, I've got my sights set on the 6:30 AM wake up time. This will be a HUGE improvement for me and I'm looking forward to tackling the day tomorrow!

Routines play a major role in success and consistency. If you can keep a consistent routine that works for you each day, then you can learn and grow and evolve in ways that are unimaginable to someone who doesn't keep such a great routine!
