## Hi everyone!!

Yesterday @steemitblog announced in [this post](https://steemit.com/the1000daysofsteem/@steemitblog/1000-days-of-steem-the-diary-game-prizes-lucky-days-and-other-updates) a novelty concerning the use of the @steemcurator06 account.

**The coverage of the account that had so far been used to support users in the communities of Russia and Ukraine has been extended to Italy and Turkey.**

It's with great pleasure that therefore, as Country Representative for Italy, I joined together with @alikoc07, the team already composed by @filinpaul, @knopka145, @antorv and @olesia.

I want to immediately thank everyone for their welcome, in particular @antorv who was very kind and helpful, she explained me some practical and activity administration steps, proposing the alternation scheme, which I approved in full and which she then also published in her [post](https://steempeak.com/@antorv/ukraine-country-representative-report-or-steemcurator06-usage-scheme-or-12-10-2020) today.

The scheme is as follows:

15.10.2020 — @alikoc07
16.10.2020 — @filinpaul
17.10.2020 — @antorv
18.10.2020 — @knopka145


> @alikoc07 told us he’s gonna use @steemcurator06 for the SteemFoods Community curation (because there’s only 1 active Turkish Steemian on the platform), and asks to use the account twice a week. I think that would not be fair. Or, at least, we should analyse the situation before making a decision. Because, as @steemitblog mentioned, @steemcurator06 account expands the coverage to Europe, and most of the SteemFoods Community participants are Asian (which means they have their own regional curators).

Above I mentioned a part of what @antorv wrote in her post because, as you can read, a question arose regarding extra use of the account.
I have a proposal that could represent a balanced and reasonable solution for everyone.

With the scheme I showed earlier, we cover **6 of 7 days in a week**.

My idea is to manage the **seventh day** alternating on a national basis. Let me explain.


@steemcurator06 currently supports 4 Countries:
- Russia/Belarus
- Ukraine
- Italy
- Turkey

#### What we could do is reserve the seventh day for each of these nations in turn.

In this way, each nation will have an extra day each week and in total, in four weeks (therefore, more or less in a month), the total days of support will be divided as follows:

- Russia/Belarus 9
- Ukraine 9
- Italy 5
- Turkey 5

Given the fact that Russian-speaking users are approximately three times the number of Italians (even if we have been growing rapidly in recent weeks), the ratio currently seems to me to be the right one.

Likewise, since there is only one Turkish user active at the moment, @alikoc07 would have the chance to have an extra day to support the steemfoods community.

What do you think, dear colleagues curators? 
Does this seem a reasonable and advantageous solution for everyone?

Apart of this mode of organization, then, I would like to sincerely **thank the Steemit Team** for the support they have made available to us.

**The whole Italian community is grateful and very optimistic about how our journey is progressing.**

Then I would also like to bring to the attention of the Team the possibility of evaluating an increase in the delegation on the @steemcurator06 account.
It would really be an interesting solution that would allow us to save VP and vote for a bigger number of users, or to reward even more adequately those who show to stand out particularly.

It's clear that while before there were only two nations to use them (considering Belarus together with Russia), now that there are four, the catchment area has significantly increased.

In any case, I know that some evaluations are already underway, also on other Community Curation accounts and I have full confidence in the Team about the choices for assigning the weights of the delegations.
And aside from this, we will continue to do our job with passion, determination and enthusiasm every day.
