## Hello everyone!

Christmas has passed and this year has been very different from all the others.

The Covid nightmare has limited travel, meetings, celebrations and family reunions and therefore has ruined that spirit of aggregation and sharing that characterizes it.

In addition, as far as I'm concerned directly, there has been the nuisance of housework that has forced me and my family to spend the last two weeks outside the home.

And so we lived our Christmas alternating between my parents' house and that of my in-laws.

No Christmas decorations this year, no Christmas Tree or Elf's House. Unfortunately it wasn't possible with that chaos, but that's okay, we'll recuperate it next year.

The important thing was to put everything back in place, so that we could go back into the house.

So, also on 24 and 25 December, we took advantage of all the possible moments to clean and tidy up the house, since there were so many things to do.

Finally, on December 26, Boxing Day, we had everything ready.

And so, finally, we were able to go home all together!!

Upon returning with the children, we wanted to surprise them. Although they had already received Santa's gifts at their grandparents' house, we have prepared two packages.

Then we explained to them that when we went home to tidy up, we heard noises and, opening the door, we saw Santa!

I even managed to take a picture of him before he left...here it is!

As for the bathroom, I show you the final result, even if not the detail...but if you have seen the photos of last week, you will notice a big difference!!

Clearly here it was still empty, but it was finally finished, clean and usable...almost a dream!!

One of the positive things about these works was certainly that of having changed the shower tray and the cabin.

It's now much more spacious and comfortable. In fact, yesterday morning, I took a long relaxing shower...I really enjoyed it.

So much so that my wife wanted to immortalize my satisfied expression at the exit.

I hope to have finished with these issues and hope that next year will be calmer and luckier for everyone than this stormy 2020.

## Ciao a tutti!

Natale è passato e quest'anno è stato davvero molto diverso da tutti gli altri.

L'incubo Covid ha limitato spostamenti, incontri, festeggiamenti e riunioni familiari e quindi ha rovinato quello Spirito di aggregazione e di condivisione che lo caratterizza.

In più, per quanto mi riguarda direttamente, c'è stata la grana dei lavori in casa che ha costretto me e la mia famiglia a trascorrere le ultime due settimane fuori dalle mura domestiche.

E quindi il nostro Natale l'abbiamo vissuto alternandoci tra casa dei miei genitori e quella dei miei suoceri.

Niente decorazioni natalizie quest'anno, niente Albero di Natale né Casetta dell'Elfo. Purtroppo non era possibile con quel caos, ma non fa niente, recupereremo il prossimo anno.

L'importante era rimettere tutto a posto, in modo da poter rientrare in casa.

Così, anche il 24 e il 25 dicembre, abbiamo approfittato di tutti i momenti possibili per pulire e sistemare casa, visto che c'erano davvero tantissime cose da fare.

Alla fine, il 26 dicembre, il giorno di Santo Stefano, avevamo tutto pronto.

E così, finalmente, siamo riusciti a rientrare a casa tutti insieme!!

Al rientro con i bimbi, abbiamo voluto fare loro una sorpresa. Nonostante avessero già ricevuto i regali di Babbo Natale a casa dei nonni, abbiamo preparato due pacchetti. 

Poi abbiamo spiegato loro che quando eravamo andati a casa per riordinare, avevamo sentito dei rumori e, aprendo la porta, avevamo visto Babbo Natale!

Sono anche riuscito a scattargli una foto prima che andasse via...eccola!

E' stato molto divertente vedere le loro reazioni! 😁

Per quanto riguarda il bagno, vi mostro il risultato finale, anche se non ne l dettaglio...ma se avete visto le foto della scorsa settimana, noterete una grossa differenza!!

Chiaramente qui era ancora vuoto, ma era finalmente finito, pulito e utilizzabile...quasi un sogno!!

Una delle cose positive di questi lavori è stata sicuramente quella di aver cambiato il piatto doccia e la cabina.

Ora è molto più spaziosa e confortevole. Infatti, ieri mattina, ho fatto una lunga doccia rilassante...me la sono proprio goduta.

A tal punto che mia moglie ha voluto immortalare la mia espressione soddisfatta all'uscita.

Speriamo di aver terminato con queste problematiche e auguriamoci che il prossimo anno sia per tutti più tranquillo e più fortunato rispetto a questo burrascoso 2020.
