Today I realized one thing and now I want to share with you my discovery,my thoughts ;)

You know, from time to time I realises myself in one unpleasant condition. I'm talking now about my emotions ;)...

The fact that we often live in a very fast rhythm. We get used to this lifestyle,we are starting to think that it is right (what that is right to live only this way )!

From time to time we are even afraid to stop,to afford a holiday or a moment of peace and quiet. It seems to us that if we stop,we'll never make it somewhere,never come to our goals,will not succeed,will miss the chances ...

Because of this, we often lose the taste for life! We don't live in the here and now, we not rejoice in the victories,successes,achievements for real ! We have no time for this!! We have achieved something, but we have no time to enjoy this moment! We already run on,to reach new goals!

It looks like it  is always not enough something for us all the time  ( meetings,goals,events,...)! Looks like we bites off from the pie of life large pieces, we do it with greed, but we don't have time to chew this piece of pie,and we take the new one! We don't enjoy the process,we do not enjoy the taste, we're a little unhappy all the time ...

So I think it's very important to live every moment fully! You need to properly terminate all the process,all stages of life! You need to celebrate any victories and achievements (even small)! Need to put a line after one phase of life to be happy to begin a new phase, to feel the satisfaction and perfection!! (Sometimes you also need to celebrate the fact what complicated and difficult period in our lives has ended and a new,good period started)

I think it's important to celebrate my wins! Give a gift for myself or create for me a pleasant event,to fully experience the joy of completing some things :)!!

I have already talked about this my new useful habit in one of my first posts here in Steemit ;)

 I told how I quit my job ( which I disliked) and celebrated this fact :) Then I gifted myself an online learning in the online school ( then I started to learn to draw in zenart style ;) )

Last week I completed a few VERY important things! Serious,joyous,difficult,different... And so I arranged a celebration for myself ! At first I was sitting alone in a nice cozy cafe (I've been wanting to spend some time there,but,for various reasons, did it only now for the first time in 10 years!)

It was a quiet little celebration ^-^ ! Just me,a delicious tea,gorgeous cake with raspberries and sweet cream yogurt, and quiet jazz music ( just all like I like :) :Р ^-^ )!

Then at the weekend I bought a cake for the whole family to celebrate my victories and achievements along with my entire family ;)

My mom also bought me this little cutie ( it's a cake ;) )...

Many sweets in one week...hmmm,probably it needs now to my life became sweet too :D!

And after all those cakes :)) I also made gifts for myself ;) I bought a good headphones to enjoy my music whenever and wherever ( music means to me a lot !). And I'm was gifted myself a nice new pink (!) phone :))) I will look at it every time and will remembering this nice moment,when my dreams began to come true when was started a new important period in my life!!!

It was important for me to do all this ! Now I truly feel the satisfaction and completeness ^-^!
