[투표후기] 누군가에겐 요원한 투표권

투표 인증샷 입니다.
하지만 제 손이 아니네요.

이 글은 투표 못 한 인증글 입니다.

저는 지금 37도 땡볕의 중국 쑤저우에 출장을 나와 있습니다. 6월 5일에 나왔으니,
부재자 투표도, 본 투표도, 할 수가 없네요.

그다지 특별한 케이스도 아닙니다.
프로젝트가 진행될 때에는 한 달에 2주 꼴로는 출장을 오기 때문에, 투표권 행사는 날짜가 겹치지 않기를 바랄 뿐, 그저 운에 맡기는 수 밖에는 도리가 없습니다.

지난 대선 때는 출장 당일, 인천공항에서 부재자 투표를 하기에, 운 좋게도, 혹은 다행히도 투표권을 행사 했던 뿌듯한 기억도 있습니다만...

이번엔 그렇지 못했네요.

언제부턴가, 부재자 투표날에 인천공항 투표소가 붐비는 모습이 빠지지 않고 기사화 되더군요.

그 날 투표를 하고 맘 편하게 여행 가는 사람도 물론 있겠지만,
루틴한 일정 중, 우연히 부재자 투표 날과 겹쳐서 다행히 투표할 수 있었던 사람도 상당수 있음을 알아 주셨으면 합니다.

저 처럼요.

구체적으로 따져 볼 필요 없이
자의로 여행가는 경우라도,
생업을 위해 출장가는 경우라도,
**경제 활동 인구** 범주에 속한 사람이 압도적으로 많다는 것을 쉽게 알 수 있습니다.

항상 생각했던 것 보다 젊은 층의 투표율이 낮은 것은 이런 이유도 있다는 것을 알아주셨으면 합니다.

방탕하게, 게을러서, 나몰라라 하는 앙증맞은 어린 젊은이들도 물론 있겠지만요.
현실적으로 하고 싶어도 못하는 사람들이 많다는 것.

왜 모바일로 투표가 불가능 한 겁니까? ㅎ
아마도 바꾸려는 의지가 없는 것이겠죠?
누군가에겐 실이 될 테니까요.

진정 신뢰성의 결여가 우려되기 때문이라면,
미래에 반드시 펼쳐 질 블럭체인 기반 투표 시대를 기대해 봐야 겠군요.

끝으로,
혼자서 말썽쟁이 아들 둘을 데리고서라도,
기꺼이 한 표를 행사해 준 사진 속 와이프에게 진정 고마움과 미안함을 전합니다.

그쵸- 생업으로 일로 투표 하고싶어도 못하시는 분들 많은 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ

IT제조업에 근무하는 엔지니어에요.
중국을 세계의 공장이라고 하잖아요? 
그 만큼 중국에 공장지은 회사가 많다는 뜻이거든요.
한국회사도 진짜 많고, 제가 다니는 회사도 마찬가지구요. 

공장에서 해야 할 일이 있을 땐, 가차없이 출장인 것은, 제조업 회사들은 매한가지인데요. 
단지 공장이 해외에 있다는 것이 차이를 만드는 것 같습니다.

글로벌 글로벌 하잖아요.
저는 그야말로 원 오브 케이스 이고, 활동반경이 국내에 머무르지 않는 분들이 너무나도 많습니다. 

세상은 많이 변했는데, 선거는 지역기반 출석을 요구하니, 답답한 노릇입니다 ㅎㅎ

그곳은 정말 더운 날이네요!!! 출장으로 인해 투표를 못하신건 어쩔수 없는일이지요.. 아마 생업으로 인해 못하는 분들도 많으실거같아요 왜 안하냐 탓하지말고 그분들도 투표할 수 있는 시스템이 더 보완되면 좋겠습니다! 더운날씨에 건강 조심하세요

맞아요! 시스템으로 해결할 수 있는 문제라고 생각합니다. 
생업으로 투표를 못 했다는 건, 어디까지나 제 소관이니 떳떳하게 떠들 말은 아니지만ㅎㅎ

지금은 한국으로 돌아왔는데, 
한국은.... 정말 살기 좋은 곳이네요 ㅎ (여름날, 온도만 보자면요ㅎㅎ)
