Udeung Sabe (dried shrimp) In Aceh Tradition

>Udeunng sabe aceh (ebi) is dried shrimp that has been processed through drying so as to make it durable stored. this dry Shrimp is Not salty (no flavor). The dry shrimp usually used as a food flavoring and it is widely used in households.
In the aceh community tradition always provide ebi as a substitute for fish or extra spices in various foods.

>Aceh Community habits from first times until now is making "udeung sabe" (term in aceh language). How to make asam udeung  from udeung sabe is processed by using dried shrimp as material and sunti acid as its main ingredient with added salt, chilli and onion and star fruit wuluh which is still green.
I myself, if my mother makes udeung acid with a slightly spicy taste, with udeung acid I was able to spend up to three servings of rice at once. Let alone udeung acid added a little scar head to give a sense of fat. Without any fish and side dishes we can spend some portion of rice.

>Currently in my city udeung sabe it is on sale per kilo and there is sold by using the sukatan (mok in aceh language). Mok it is a free dairy cans that have been removed the top so it can be used as a tool of karate.
Today the price of udeng sabe (ebi) in my city one mok is Rp 5,000 (five thousand Rupiah).
