Definitivamente no puedo sentirme más feliz de haber aceptado esta misión de curar contenido venezolano con una <b>delegación de 10.000 SP</b> que fue otorgada a mi persona por @tarekadam hace una semana para llevar mucho cariño a la plataforma y en lo particular, a mis hermanos venezolanos.
### Algunos detalles en el trabajo
#
Estos 3 últimos días curando (desde el último reporte) han sido una locura total pues me han sucedido muchas cosas, muchas fallas con el internet, la luz y además ayer me robaron mi celular pero bueno, así es la vida en este país y es complicado. Sin embargo la capacidad de <b>resiliencia</b> debe siempre estar por encima porque quedarse estancado no es una opción, por esa razón comenzaré a ahorrar para comprarme otro celular, mi meta serán <b>200 STEEMs</b> que se traducen (el día de hoy) en <b>140 $</b>.

# La dinámica

Explicaré un poco lo he venido haciendo estos dos días. Como dije en mi publicación anterior ---> [¡LO LOGRAMOS! ¡Que comience la misión! | Curación a Venezolanos con 10.000 SP](https://steemit.com/promo-steem/@ilazramusic/lo-logramos-que-comience-la-misin-curacin-a-venezolanos-con-10000-sp-we-did-it-lets-start-this-mission-curation-work-for-venezuelans-with-10000-sp-) dedicaría estas dos semanas a un trabajo bastante complicado como lo es <b>curar manualmente</b> publicaciones de <b>venezolanos</b>, dándole prioridad a los <b>infravalorados</b> sin menospreciar a los grandes talentos.
Eso he venido haciendo hasta los momentos pues la gran mayoría de las publicaciones que he votado hasta el día de hoy no han tenido tanta remuneración o han tenido una remuneración <b>menor a 5$</b>.
Además, he votado publicaciones de algunos proyectos que apoyan demasiado a los venezolanos como @rutablockchain y estaré votando en las próximas rondas otros que consiga en la plataforma.
### Un pequeño adicional

Además de solo dejar mi voto entre las publicaciones, me he dedicado a dejar un comentario para dar fiabilidad de que pasé por el post, pero la cosa es que no quise hacer el trabajo como si fuera un <em>bot de curación</em> que arroja un mensaje genérico. Por supuesto la mitad del mensaje si es un estándar que redacté para mencionar a @tarekadam en todo momento y hacer a las personas entender el por qué de mi labor, pero las primeras líneas de mi comentario son opiniones completamente orgánicas de mi persona sobre el contenido del post.
Sí, así como lo leen, estoy leyendo TODOS los post que estoy curando, nutriéndome de esa calidad tan increíble de autores y siendo muy feliz al ver que mi país saca muy bien la cara y puede ser considerada como una nación de creadores de calidad enorme dentro de la plataforma.
### Un agradecimiento especial

Quiero dejar constancia de algo importante: <b>YO no soy el único que está curando contenido con mi cuenta</b>, y digo esto porque aunque soy yo el que manualmente deja los votos y comentarios, muchas publicaciones han llegado a mi de parte de otros steemians que a pesar de no haber ganado la delegación me están apoyando para que este trabajo llegue a la mayor cantidad de personas posibles.

### Cuidando el Poder de Voto

Como sabrán me encantaría votar miles y miles de veces más, pero hice las rondas de votación porque quiero sacarle el máximo provecho al voto que otorga esta delegación (un voto de <b>0.43$</b>), para eso debo mantener el <b>Poder de Voto</b> por encima de 80%, por esta razón, en mis rondas estoy votando entre 5-7 publicaciones dependiendo de cómo esté el poder de voto para otorgar la mayor cantidad de recompensas para todos los autores.

I definitely can't feel happier to have accepted this mission to cure Venezuelan content with a <b>10,000 SP delegation</b> that was granted to me by @tarekadam about 4 days ago to bring a lot of love to the platform and in the particular, to my Venezuelan brothers.
### Some issues in the work
#
These last 3 days healing (since the last report) have been a total madness because many things have happened to me, many failures with the internet, the light service and also yesterday my cell phone was stolen but well, this is the life in this country and it's complicated. However the <b>resilience</b> capacity must always be above because staying stuck is not an option, for that reason I'ill start saving to buy another cell phone, my goal will be <b>200 STEEMs</b> that today are worth by <b>$ 140</b>.

# The dynamics

I'll explain a little what I've been doing these two days. As I said in my previous publication ---> [WE DID IT! Let's start this mission! | Curation work for Venezuelans with 10.000 SP |](https://steemit.com/promo-steem/@ilazramusic/lo-logramos-que-comience-la-misin-curacin-a-venezolanos-con-10000-sp-we-did-it-lets-start-this-mission-curation-work-for-venezuelans-with-10000-sp-) I would dedicate these two weeks to a very complicated job as it's <b>to curate manually</b> post made by <b>Venezuelan</b> talents, giving priority to <b>undervalued</b> without belittling the great talents.
I've been doing this until now because the vast majority of publications that I've voted to date haven't been as remunerated or have had a <b>remuneration of less than $ 5</b>.
In addition, I've voted publications of some projects that support Venezuelans too much like @rutablockchain and I'll be voting in the next rounds others projects with the same mission that I get on the platform.
### A small additional
#
Besides just leaving my vote among the publications, I've dedicated myself to leave a comment to give reliability that I went through the post, but the thing is that I didn't want to do the job as if it were a <em>curation bot</em> that throws a generic message. Of course half of the message is a standard that I wrote to mention @tarekadam at all times and make people understand the reason of my work, but the first lines of my comment are completely organic opinions of me about the content of the post.
Yes, as you read it, I'm reading ALL the post I'm curating, nourishing myself with that incredible quality of authors and being very happy to see that my country has a very good face and can be considered a nation of creators of enormous quality inside the platform.

### Caring for Voting Power
