He (Craig Tracy) is an arts graduate from the Arts Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (I've always wanted to visit Florida).

Guess what!
Aside graduating from one of the best Art Institutions in the world, he is the owner (Founder, CEO, whatever you wanna call it) of the Craig Tracy Fine Art BodyPainting Gallery.

During one of his interviews, Craig Tracy let out this statement concerning his already blended future and that of this modern and unexplored art form.
>"It is my intent to continue to explore and expand the perceptions and boundaries of this most ancient, alluring, and contemporary art form."

That singular statement given by Tracy refers to just one thing and that is we could expect more and even better works from his gallery sooner or later, which ever comes first.

According to Tracy, body painting takes about eight hours to complete perfectly and also about 40 minutes to photograph.

That I would say is an awesome lot amount of patience control to be carried out by both the artist and the model being painted.

That left to be, Craig says that the longest duration he has ever spent (on a live body) is thirteen hours. WOW!

Also, regardless of the paintings complexity, Tracy said his work on the body must be completed within one waking period.
I would add a very loud and clear Amen to that considering what I've experienced with having the inspiration one moment and the next second it's gone. It's best to build on it when it's there.

Tracy usually works in a singular mode but if a painting will require more time than is comfortable for both the model and himself, he switches to plural form and requests the aid of another artist in order to speed up the painting process.

Craig Tracy has said that one of his artistic goals is to help relax the conservative restraints that often bind artistic creative freedom and expression.

To be honest, I was reading his post whilst typing mine and somehow I feel it's actually bad that artists have to keep to their minds the perfection they find in human arts all due to rules that have been put in place to submerge the practice and display of art that may be labelled NSFW (Not Safe For Watching).

Craig started body painting, to be precise about ten years ago (2001). He became a professional artist at the age of sixteen but it wasn't until the age of thirty-four that he decided to pick it up as a serious case.

Just before I let you view the remainder of his work, I should probably let you know that it is Tracy's with that bodypainting as an art be exempted and respected in the contemporary art world alongside all of the more conventional art forms (me too).
