<center><h1>Tips: Taking care of our new born baby</h1></center>

A healthy baby irregardless of its sex are all born with its own natural protection from sickness known as antibodies. Their is also the skin which helps protect from germs that suddenly attach the skin, lungs and stomach which usually are not the cause of infection. Even in the existence of its natural antibodies to protect themselves, we still need to protect them against infectious germs which destroy its good health that could lead to sickness. The baby is in danger of infection to its lungs if we have another baby which is a few months to 6 years older. This can be avoided if we are going to take away the baby kids with sickness.

<h2>More cleanliness for them</h2>
To avoid the baby from sickness, the most important is to clean their hands. The hands is the great carrier for germs which can also be transmitted through breathing. Make it a habit to properly wash our hands before holding or carrying the baby and before feeding them. Cleaning the hand of the baby is important and soap and water is enough to do it just make sure to do it slowly and properly. After washing its hand, dry it using towel which is only use and intended for the baby.

Curing the fresh wound in navel
The moment you get out from the hospital together with your baby, you should cure the fresh wound in its navel until it turns dry. The navel will become dry and will be cut by itself after 15days. While taking of the baby, the following things should be done;

* Always wash your hands using soap and water before suring the baby's navel.
* Make sure that the gauze use to wrap the navel is not expose to urine or any dirt.
* Always change the sterilized gauze that wrap the navel two times a day, make sure that theirs no blood stain in it because it can be a cause of infection. Wrap the navel with a gauze and don't cover it would another cloth to avoid getting wet.
* Use elastic bandage and attach it in the stomach so the gauze will not move everytime the baby moves
* Always inspect the navel for any redness around it or greenish/yellowish color coming out or dried blood stain. If found any of these, call a pediatrician. The navel, while it is not totally cure, could be a portal of germs and emanate infection.

If the cord of the navel is not yet removed after 15 or 20 days or theirs an infection around it, this should be taken care by health experts.

<h2>Circumcision for boys</h2>
In other population, religion or culture, there is a tradition that boys should be circumcized. The skin at the upper end point will be cut. This operation is not taken for free and this should be done inside a hospital or clinic that has qualified doctors to handle the operation. The operation should not be taken by non-qualified surgeon and also not to a place that were not mention in the issues of health. This is very important because the doctor will then give advice on to take care or cure the surgery. 

<h2>Changing diaper</h2>
Diaper should always be change. The baby can grime ten times up to twenty times a day. The changing of diaper can be done if its already wet or when its already dirt to avoid itchiness and irritation of the skin. It is important that during the changing of diaper, all the things needed is just around the corner and is reachable by hand to avoid leaving the baby even for a short period of time. 

Only use water in cleaning the organ of the baby. If your child is a girl, to avoid her organ from dirt, try to clean the dirt downward to the butt to its back. If on the first few days of the baby you will notice a different fluid coming out from its organ aside from urine and has a rosy color, don't worry, this could be due to the hormone of the mother. It is important not to take this out.
