Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment or silpat. Preheat oven to 350˚f.


Start by cooking rice: in a medium saucepan, carry 1¾ cups water to a boil. Upload ½ tsp salt and 1 cup rice. Reduce warmth to simmer, cowl with a tight-fitting lid and simmer 15 min or until water is absorbed. Remove from warmth and keep protected.
