Recurring, it is a word that is important when we are dealing with business. With recurring customer, it means the product or service gain a certain trust. This will lead to loyalty and brand establishment. For me, I would want to serve my existing customer well as they are the people who put trust in the product and pay for the convenience and value. That is the modest thing that creates life satisfaction. I want to create this loop like I mentioned before which will keep me up to create better product, gain customers who enjoyed the product, gain satisfaction and remuneration and the continue to cycle. Therefore, to move into such cycle, I need to be sure what I enjoyed doing and whether the process could form a close loop that create positive feedback. 

As of now, I’m still not in the loop that creates the positive feedback. Like what I’m doing now is pretty discouraging with so many rejection. On the other side, it is not good for the company and ultimately, making my client to have a bad experience. This is a big no no for me but I am helpless in this but to do the required compliance. As I’m in this process, this also led me to think about doing a service for compliance drawing drafting service whereby I could set up drawing requirements, color coding, line weight and so on. All of these will then automatically integrate with the customer (renovation contractor, consultants) drawings. With that, my customer will get the approval from the authority without much hassle while from authority point of view, they have less worry too. This is a service to smooth things out but in terms of scalability, I do not think it is sustainable. There will be a high tendency that the industry will improve and eventually all the drawings will be more automated and easily communicated. Thus, this could be a temporary money pot but not a long term thing. From another perspective, this enable me to have engagement with local authority and different consultancy firm. This would get the startup into a position of the communication bridge between authority and consultants. 

So far, it is still unclear for me to get a solid perspective on what to pursue. However, there is a overall idea on the direction and a rough idea on what value I would like to provide. From there, I will need to explore and keep trying until I get the right feeling. While trying, I also need to be aware of the efficiency as well as keeping myself to form the loop as much as possible. The more the positive loop, the better the life is. Back to the word recurring, it is a recognition for me to have such customer and I would definitely want to get this experience.
