西船橋の駅から徒歩2分くらいのところにあるマグロにこだわっているお店「鮪バル27マルシェ」です。「27マルシェ」と書いて「ツナマルシェ」と読みます。

かわいい鮪のオブジェが店頭に飾られているのでお店はすぐわかります。

鮪生ハムのシーザーサラダ
このシーザーサラダに使われているのはただのハムではありません、鮪の生ハムです。風味が豊かで美味しいです。

鮪のホホ肉のステーキ

一匹の鮪からあんまりとれないホホ肉のステーキです。焼き加減が絶妙でミディアム・レアで焼き上げています。ホホ肉は弾力もありまるでお肉のような食感でした。

鮪の断面刺し
鮪が断面で出てきます。見た目が圧巻です。
油も乗っていて美味しかったです。

鮪バカリなのでお値段が高く見えますが、このお店は値段がどのメニューも非常に良心的です。鮪が好きでたらふく食べたいという方にはおすすめのお店です。
