날씨가 점점 추워지면서 이제 가을 등산도 얼마 남지 않았구나 하는 생각이 들어요. 등산은 사랑인데...❤️
산을 걷다보면 기분이 좋아지고 아이디어도  마구 떠올라요. 크리에이터들에게는 참신한 아이디어가 매우 중요하잖아요.

운동 다녀와서 첫 식사로 저를 위해 정성스럽게 저탄수화물 버거를 만들어 먹었어요. (스텐팬 예열 실패해서 계란이 예쁘게 안나왔네요;;) 건강 다이어트식을 한다면서 햄버거를 먹다니... 이게 무슨 뚱단지 같은 소리 인가 싶지요?ㅎ **이게 바로 저탄수화물 고지방식의 장점이 아닐까 싶어요.**

**이거 하나에 800kcal가 넘어요.** 그런데 칼로리에 집착할 필요 없답니다. 우리 몸은 그렇게 단순하게 **칼로리 인 & 칼로리 아웃**이 아니거든요.

그나저나 저탄수화물식을 하면서 햄버거도 마음껏 즐길 수 있어 너무 행복합니다. 저는 키토번 특유의 묵직함이 너무 좋아요. 포만감도 있구요. 이거 하나 먹으니 진짜 포만감이 어마 어마 했어요. 

요즘 [키플](https://ketopeople.co.kr/) 식단 덕분에 매일 매일이 행복하네요~ 맛있고 새로운 음식을 저에게 선물하는 기분이에요!
