	落枕  早晚温差大的天气，有人一觉醒来脖子痛得厉害，不能转动，落枕了。对风寒阻络证型的落枕，使用火罐疗法较好。这类患者特点是：晨起出现颈项、肩背部疼痛僵硬不适，转侧受限，尤以旋转后仰为甚，头歪向健侧，肌肉痉挛酸胀，可伴有恶寒、头晕、精神疲倦、口淡不渴等症状。

　　肌肉痉挛  最近冷风吹起，颈肩部肌肉暴露在外，极易受到风寒之气的刺激，导致颈肩部肌肉紧张痉挛。寒阻经络型的颈肩部疾病患者比较适合火罐疗法的治疗。这类患者症状是：头痛、后枕部或肩部疼痛，颈项僵硬，转侧不利，一侧或两侧肩背与手指麻木酸痛，颈肩部畏寒喜热。

　　若出现反复脖子痛则要注意弄清病因。最好拍个颈椎X射线看看有无颈椎间盘突出、颈椎不稳等问题。

　　热毒症状  出现高热、便秘、咽喉肿痛剧烈，甚至出现脓点等热毒症状且比较明显时，在位于脖子后面的大椎穴进行拔罐治疗，有助退热下火、扶正祛邪，调整人体的阴阳平衡。
