<center> Today has been an immense day of learning light, this week has all been about lighting and boy is my brain turning to mush! It's been a ridiculously fun ride and we'll get to lighting first then its gallery time!  Im referencing a person underwater and i focus on things at the back before i get to the character so it place ambient blobs of blue so we already feel like we're submerged  Slap my base colors in  For water its mostly near the white with splotches of dark blue or whatever that water is and blend them just slightly and the face is blurred above it  Corrected my lighting of the shirt now that i've placed my source [ the water ]  With water you can use the color dodge tool/glow tool to added the rings of light around the forms of the face and the body. In other programs this method is also called luminosity if you cannot find the glow option  Smash that soft brush of blue and you're done Step back and it look real just like a monet painting! Anyway its gallery time! I have always admired how some artists convey the saturation and brightness of color. Sometimes it felt like I was looking at a real object or real light bulbs. I haven't achieved such mastery yet, but your thread will help me improve my work. Your work inspired me so much that I finally decided to buy LED strips in my studio to improve lighting quality. It turned out that <a href="https://www.vont.com/product/smart-strip-lights-led-strip-lights/">some LED bulbs can change their color</a>. I think it will be possible to create some interesting compositions. Do you think it is possible to create such a natural glow by working with paints?
