<html> <p>You might be missing the important sage to transformation. Apparently, changing a life is not easy as portrayed in movies. Yet we often get our inspiration from the things we watch. So, we tend to think that transformation is easy. However to be fair, even in most movies transformation take months/ years, only in movies it is shortened. There is nothing instant and getting out of the rut is hard work. </p> <p><br></p> <p><img src="https://images.pexels.com/photos/3337210/pexels-photo-3337210.jpeg?auto=compress&cs=tinysrgb&dpr=2&h=650&w=940" width="1880" height="1253"/></p> <p>From years of trying to live non-mediocre life, trying to battle food disorders, trying to stop being lazy, trying to fit it in, I learned one thing I and most people lack, <strong>perseverance</strong>. Remember when we say to ourselves that we want to shed some pounds, master something, learn something new, speak a new foreign language or earn more? we are often excited in the first two weeks of it. Then we quit as we meet hurdles. There is nothing that comes easy in this world.<em> Yet We are accustomed to only see the result instead the process. </em></p> <p>It can be tempting to compare ourselves from someone who has made it. For example, when we compare ourselves to someone who has lost their pounds in 60 days, we tend to feel small and discouraged. Perhaps we may not see the result that we want to achieve. This is when knowing that delayed success can be a good thing. Instead discouraging us to stop trying, we need to evaluate why we couldn't achieve the our desired result. It's something I only realized recently. </p> <p>The reason I write this is because I want to write a reminder. That perseverance is something I lack in life. That it is something that hinders me from shedding that pounds, from mastering something and from earning more. That is something that we must cultivate in order to achieve our goals. I totally agree with you, many times I tell myself that I need to continue in my tummy flat fitness, but I start today and cannot seem to continue the next day.... Later on it then feels so difficult to continue... But when I see other persons with this flat nice tummy that am aiming to get...
