Beat the Heat with Healthy Ice Cream!

Have you ever wished that all of the bad junk food in the world was considered healthy and all of your not-so-favorite veggies were considered junk food!?

Michelle (Full House character seen in GIF) and I are very similar in the way we LOVE ice cream. A good scoop of ice cream can turn any day around, especially in over 100 degree temps! The only down side to ice cream that it can be a little tough on the waistline.

Well....I have some AMAZING news for you! There is a "healthy" ice cream and it is called Halo Top!

It might sound dramatic, but this ice cream has been life-changing! You can eat the ENTIRE tasty pint, guilt-free! It is low in calories, fat, and sugar. However, it is packed with protein! Some pints have up to 20+ grams of protein.

There are lots of flavors to choose from, but my favorite flavors so far are the Peanut Butter Cup, Birthday Cake, and Lemon Cake!

This ice cream is spreading like wildfire and can be picked up in Walmart and other grocery stores. If you are curious where you can pick up your own pint, check out https://www.halotop.com/where-to-buy/ and see where there is some closest to you!

One quick tip- since Halo Top has less fat it can be a little more solid than other ice creams. But have no fear, just place your pint on the counter for a few minutes and then it will be ready to eat. OR if you are like me, when you buy it at the store it will be ready to eat by the time you get home! What a great way to end a day of grocery shopping!
