WooHoo! Two weeks straight with the ACV drink and 3 days in a row of walking a mile. I almost got lazy and didn't post but I really wanted to keep up with this too. Sundays are difficult because that's when I'm out of the house doing errands. We're a one car household so when the husband is home, I get the car. <center><br><sup>[image source](https://pixabay.com/photos/fireworks-purple-city-celebration-945386/)</sup></center> ### What laundry day looks like **So my laundry day routine basically goes like this:** Get clothes in the washer. An extra wash takes 26 minutes. Walk to the smoke shop and back. Put clothes into the dryer. Walk to the grocery store (in the same plaza). Fold clothes. Go home. Settle down the dogs. Clean kitchen. Start dinner. Spot check what's happening on social media. Try to get some writing done... but most of the time this is my day to relax in the evening and watch some shows On Demand that I missed during the week. https://youtu.be/fScfTa5MjxM ### I really, *really* did not want to leave the couch I had to coax myself to sit at my desk and post. Then I kicked myself! I already did the video, drank the drink and did my walk! ***Why the hell wouldn't I post this?*** That is the mindset that I need to keep me going. I have to stop relying on other people to buddy up with me or hold me accountable. They're busy enough doing their own thing! I need to hold myself accountable.
