Hello people! Recently, about 2 weeks ago, I started my weight loss journey that goes pretty good, I feel much better now. I started ***gradually*** changing my diet by removing sweets, sodas and any junk food that I was eating before. After two weeks of working out, eating less that I was eating I can tell that I see difference. First of all, I see difference in strenght, I don't feel exhausted when I wake up, my heart doesn't pump like crazy when I go to sleep (I guess that was happening because I was eating just before I go to sleep) and my weight was lower. From, about 104,5kg to 99,9 (I checked just before I started writing this post. :D ). My legs, belly, arms doesn't hurt anymore, they got used to lifting weights and doing cardio workout. My goal is to get to about 95kg with more muscles and less fat. I don't want to be bulky, just fit and don't fell tired at the end of the day. PS. I have never smoked cigars, this was just for photoshooting. :D
