My Actifit Report Card: September 14 2019

Today was pretty straightforward. Other than a little workplace drama, everything went rather smoothly. I'm not really interested in any of that, so I don't try to get involved.

I had planned on doing door dash again today after work, but apparently the charging cable had fell out of my phone. So I had 35% to last me through the whole day. I could have just done it later in the day but eh. I'll just do it tomorrow afternoon instead.

I've found some different 5k training exercise plans that I will probably incorporate in these next two weeks. The actual race is in 3 weeks, but I want to be ready and aim for sub 20 minutes on my run. I'm thinking I'll follow a plan for 2 weeks, my last run will be on Oct 1 and then I will focus on core workouts over those next few days while letting my legs recover for the actual race.

I'm kind of interested in how it will turn out.
