Happy Sunday everyone. Hope y'all are having a good day. I had a splendid time in church as usual. I learnt a great deal and also got quite a lot of exercise in the process. I walked around a lot after the first and second services, greeting friends and meeting new faces. It was really cool to see an old friend, Barnie, after a really long time. He looked so good and I could do nothing else but compliment him a lot and give thanks to God who has kept us both thus far.

This song by Tasha Cobbs is the perfect expression of the way I feel today. The year is coming to an end pretty fast and God has been so kind to me and my family and friends. He has done some incredible things for us this year and I can say that 2019 was a really great year. On a different note, my weight loss journey is back on track after the impromptu cheat day I had yesterday. I have had nothing but lots of water, peanuts and beans today and I intend to take nothing more besides those. That would put my total calorie intake today at about 1000 calories to balance out yesterday's binge. 

I bet it's gonna be a very productive week for me. My kids are starting their first term exams tomorrow and we are all currently in serious study mode. Wish us luck guys!

Glad you had a wonderful day in church yesterday.
Good to note also that you are also pushing on with your weight loss program. I hail u!!!
The only piece of advice I have to give you is to go easy on your consumption of BEANS!!!!
Eeeeeeehhhhn, the day all this ya beans you dey eat upandan will do you something???? I am just glad I will be a million miles outside the explosion area..... lol😀😀😀😀
