It's the 19th day of my predominantly fruit diet and I can tell you that it has become much easier to handle. I have kinda gotten used to the meal plans and I feel full so quickly nowadays, despite eating so little. The exercises are easier to carry out now too. 

My only concern is about my sleep pattern, it has changed drastically. I always used to be a night owl, preferring to read and work deep in to the night. Now, I begin to feel terribly sleepy by 10pm! As a matter of fact, my eyes are struggling to stay open as I write this! Help guys, what can I do to maximize my night time without drugs??

I dared not try coffee, it gives me an incredible high and I won't sleep a wink all night even if i try to force myself! So drinking responsibly means not going near coffee after breakfast...lol.. Thanks Pan!

Well you could try sleeping earlier around 9 and set an alarm for 3am. That way you would get 6 hours of sleep and still have 3 hours to work before the day begins.
I have never been a fan of staying up late into the night, I would rather sleep early (as early as 8pm sometimes) and then wake up in the early hours of the morning.
