We already have a competitive CS:GO team currently ranked around Distinguished Master Guardian & Legendary Eagle. So quite high ranks, I'm currently MG and have just gotten back into playing CS:GO. I need lots of practice to get to their level, and I realized that creating a second team that has slightly lower ranks will be a good way to both improve and create players that can step into the first team when needed.

I also want to be able to give some sort of incentive to the players, the teams will be promoted both through Steemit, our discord which is rapidly growing and twitch/yt. This will allow the players to essentially get financial rewards for being part of our community! The main incentive is the ability to work with other ambitious, team players that work together well.

I am recruiting for all levels this is because some players may be lower level but able to play higher, and if the interest is great then I will create multiple teams. And if a player is constantly topping the team or coasting through games, then we will move them up a team.
