Curry Noodle

Ever tried curry noodle?  I mean noodles in the bona fide spicy and creamy curry and not some watered down version.



I have been once to this small fast food joint called Malay Cafe that serves Asian food.  I ordered a curry noodle and was quite surprised when the bowl of noodle arrived at the table. It was a watery soup and not at all like the curries that I have cooked or ordered at other restaurants.

Nevertheless the curry still tasted nice and aromatic except that the food did not look as appetising compared to a curry that is rich, thick and creamy.  


Sometimes, the chefs substitute ingredients due to inavailabilty of certain herbs and spices or to suit the palate of their customers.
