Homemade Chicken roll with dried apricots
A great option for a quick and original snack. The roll can be eaten just like that or, for example, put on pieces of baguette - you get delicious sandwiches. The dish will be delicious both hot and cold.

## Ingredients

* Chicken breast without skin 1 piece
* Salt taste
* Ground black pepper taste
* Parsley 1 bundle
* Basil 1 bundle
* Parmesan 30 g
* Garlic 2 cloves
* Olive oil 100 ml
* Dried apricots 75 g

## Preparation
<br>
1.  Cut the chicken breast into thin slices and beat until very thin slices are obtained.

2 ․ Season with salt and pepper.

3 ․ Chop parsley, basil, parmesan and garlic in a blender and mix with olive oil.

4.  Place the chicken pieces side by side to create a wide layer.

5.  Brush it with prepared pesto sauce.

6 ․ Place the sliced ​​dried apricots on top.

7 ․ Roll the meat with dried apricots and sauce into a roll.

8.  Wrap in foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
