The idea of this network is to make the user experience of the platform as simple as possible by providing relevant information to users and automating parts of the job supply and completion process. This article will take you through the different parts of the Mycro network and show you how important they will be to the Mycro experience.</p> <p><br></p> <p> <img src="https://i.imgur.com/MOcn62J.png" width="461" height="299"/></p> <h2>Decentralised verification</h2> <p>Due to the nature of the Mycro platform, there is a disconnect between the worker and the client. This should make it harder to select the best candidate for a job, but Mycro has fixed this issue before it has even become one. Users will be able to verify themselves by sending official identification documentation to Mycro to become verified.</p> <p>This verification will then be permanently linked to a user’s wallet and their profile picture, name and location, should these change, they will have to reverify their account. This will go some way to engendering trust between two parties within the platform and Mycro has another way of doing this as well.</p> <p><br></p> <p> <img src="https://i.imgur.com/MgRSc7h.png" width="461" height="299"/></p> <h2>Decentralised ratings</h2> <p>Once a job has been completed, both the client and the worker will be able to rate the other party. This rating system is controlled by a smart contract thereby ensuring that it is impossible to give out fake ratings. Ratings are automatically linked to a user’s wallet address, and as these ratings are recorded within the blockchain, they are immutable.</p> <p>Coupling a verified account with a succession of high ratings would typically allow a small proportion of the Mycro network to dominate the job market. It is important to remember that Mycro users can make use of the MYO token to be more prominent within the client’s list of workers, therefore ensuring that the market is not unfairly skewed to a small number of workers.</p> <p><br></p> <p> <img src="https://i.imgur.com/oQMuYDk.png" width="461" height="299"/></p> <h2>Decentralised smart contracts</h2> <p>As mentioned in our previous did you know <a href="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://steemit.com/blockchain/@mycro/mycro-or-whitepaper-did-you-know-or-myo-token&sa=D&ust=1536468465311000">article</a>, one usage of the MYO token will be paying workers. This payment will be stored in a smart escrow contract, meaning that during the job, neither the client nor worker will hold the money. Once the job has been confirmed to be completed, the money will then be released from the smart contract into the wallet of the worker.</p> <p><br></p> <p> <img src="https://i.imgur.com/zDD0sQr.png" width="461" height="299"/></p> <h2>Reward pool</h2> <p>The reward pool has been allocated 18% of the 100,000,000 MYO tokens which are pre-mined. This pool will then be topped up by bids from jobbers competing for work. Once a job is completed, both users will receive a rating and also some tokens from the reward pool.</p> <p>The amount received is worked out by an algorithm that takes into account; the amount in the reward pool, the received rating and reputation of the user. Users will also be able to receive some MYO tokens from the reward pool for recommending other users to the platform and also, users will receive some tokens as a welcome bonus!</p> <p> <img src="https://i.imgur.com/UV9REB7.png" width="461" height="299"/></p> <h2>Mycro community</h2> <p>You will already know that Mycro is working hard to create an active community around the platform. In time, we will integrate this community into the Mycro network to assist us in creating the basis for autonomous structures on the way to full decentralisation.</p> <p>Involvement will depend on the amount of MYO token you hold in your wallet. If you hold over 10,000, you will be selected to complete tasks for the Mycro network, such as;</p> <ul> <li>Crowd services</li> <li>Community services</li> <li>Assistance services for users</li> <li>Votes by the community</li> </ul> <p>The Mycro community is invaluable to us here at Mycro, and we look forward to giving you an integral role in the shaping of the future of the Mycro platform.
