[EP150] - The teetheconomics of different diets.

Hi everyone!
Hope you're all well!

I'm always fascinated with the effect that food has on my training and my body. I've tried lots of different diets and eating strategies to see what works best.  Obviously most have different pros and cons, and they work differently for different people at different times... so it's important to try a diet for 30 days at least to see how it works for your life, and how your body reacts to it.

I am super disciplined when it comes to going to the dentist every 6 months, and so I've noticed the different effects that diets have on my teeth.  Some unexpected results for sure. 

Do you have a favourite diet or eating strategy?  How are you eating now?

What kind of masochist enjoys going to the dentist??

That being said -- I'm probably way overdue for a cleaning. I always hate the shaming that I get.

I've only gotten a couple minutes into the video -- and now I gotta duck out and play some squash. I'll finished watching later! (Mostly just here so I can test writing comments from the new Exhaust beta-site!)

Haha, I don't like going to the dentist per se, although, I honestly don't mind it... but I really, really like having just been to the dentist and having the cleanest, most chompy teeth ever!
