Bizcochuelo de a dos - Sponge cake of two
Hola nuevamente steemians!!! Hoy con mi hija preparamos un delicioso postre, cocinar es una actividad que nos gusta compartir y nos divierte.
La receta de este bizcochuelo la tengo desde que yo era niña y la hacia junto a mi tía.

Ingredientes:
- 4 huevos
- 450 gr de azúcar
- 400 gr de harina
- 1 1/2 cucharada de polvo de hornear
- 250 cc de agua caliente
- esencia de vainilla

> Ingredients: 
> - 4 eggs 
> - 450 gr of sugar 
> - 400 gr of flour 
> - 1 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder 
> - 250 cc of hot water 
> - vanilla essence

Preparación:
Batir sólo las yemas con el agua caliente, luego agregar 300 gr de azúcar, seguir con la esencia y luego la harina tamizada junto con el polvo de hornear.

Por otra parte batir las claras a nieve junto con el azúcar restante. Luego incorporarlas a la preparación anterior con movimientos envolventes y suaves.

Como se trata de una preparación a la que se le incorpora mucho aire a través del batido es importante preparar de antemano el molde enmantecado y el horno pre calentado para llevarla a cocinar inmediatamente después de haber terminado de mezclar. 
Cocinar en horno suave aproximadamente una hora.

Luego de dejarlo enfriar lo cortamos en tres capas, humedecimos con almíbar y rellenamos una capa con dulce de leche y merengues y la otra con crema batida y duraznos en almíbar. Para finalizar cubrimos con la crema que nos sobraba y decoramos con duraznos.
