I don't know about Cuban vaccines. But if you were a Canadian and you arrived back at Calgary airport you'd be kidnapped by people in police uniforms and in plain cloths who claim to be health authorities and cops but refuse to identify themselves.
They'd hustle you into an unmarked van and take you to some big building out in the boonies they'd call a hotel and confine you there on the threat of six months in jail if you try to leave, despite there having been no lawyer and no judge involved in the process.
Oh! And if they remember to steal your cell phone from you they'll succeed in keeping your prison secret from your family and lawyer and the press. I'm crazy, aren't I? Conspiracy nut, huh? All this happened to Nikki Mathis of Edmonton and the kidnappers told her husband over her phone that they refused to tell him where she was to be held, but since they didn't take away her phone she was able to give him and her lawyers her location.
The aforesaid judges and lawyers and LAWS are to me, an old-fashioned guy, the LEGAL requirement for sending a CANADIAN CITIZEN, God Damn You! To jail, RIGHT? RIGHT? Alberta Premier Jason Kenny? Right PM Duckey-Socks oily nice-guy hypocrite snake Trudeau?
Americans are starting to laugh at us, saying we don't have the protection of our rights to freedom of speech and security of the person which their First Amendment gives them. They ought to laugh at us. But we do have a Charter of Rights and Freedoms which guarantees our right to "freedom of expression" (and also freedom of association and security of our persons) barring certain things you'd expect to be illegal, like slander and inciting to violence or crime.
Except for the recent insertion of "hate speech" which is completely undefined. It seems to match up with the Chief Justice of our Supreme Court saying recently that we have freedom of speech as long as it's truthful speech – not slanderous or inciting violence etc – UNLESS there's that truthful speech that CAN be "restricted" if it's all mixed up with "hate".
This is what has come of the Prime Minister's Liberal Party regime fiddling with our constitution with words like "hate" and "gender identity" which they have offered no definition of. Why no definition, no limit on what opinions they may in future deem to be "hate"?
I could make some guesses as to why they outright refused to define "hate speech" or "Gender Identity" in our Parliament. But the outcome is already evident. Our Charter-guaranteed right to freedom from police harassment if we are not suspected of committing a crime on the statute books is now up for grabs and the grabbing, on any excuse whatever, has commenced.
But I'll tell them this, because they don't seem to know it. If whatever calls itself our government thinks they can rewrite our constitution and thereby stop people from speaking the truth and knowing the truth they are living in some nasty dictator's dream of power. You can fiddle with words and think you've changed reality. But you can't fiddle with reality, not even God can do that and you ain't God. People will talk and people will know.
