Hello Fellow Steemians,

First off, I want to thank everyone that entered the contest and submitted their work. I'd also like to thank all of the viewers and upvoters of the contest post.

**One thing that I have to say is that you guys (submitting) need to read  the rules next time. I know the post is long and there are a lot of rules but they are there for a reason.**

I didn’t disqualify anyone that remotely even came close this time but in the future as this contest grows and we get more entries I will be disqualifying people for not following all off the rules.

Most of these rules are actually for your benefit to get you more votes on your submission post, so by not following them, your only limiting your own payout on your submission post.

So now comes the hard part for me and that’s selecting the winners/ranking. The good part is since there are 10 Spots in this contest that get Whaleshares most people that entered will get a prize.

So here are my picks with some comments on the images... from 10th Place to  1st in descending order…

My Comments: No doubt the artist is very talented but THIS IS A PHOTO CONTEST. This contest was not technically open to drawings. The reason I wanted to keep them separately is that it's an entirely different skill set that at the same time is harder in some aspects and much easier in others.  For example, you can draw based on memory, photos, wooden models. You do not need an actual model, you also don't need lighting equipment or a camera or a location. So in those aspects it much easier. For those that are not good at drawing naturally, it's much harder so I don't feel it's fair to include photos and drawings in the same competition. But since I really liked it and I didn't want to disqualify anyone this talented in my first contest I allowed it.

My Comments: This image is very original and I like the theme and execution of the image. The problem is um well it's not "Black & White" it a partially desaturated color image which is an entirely different contest. But since it was halfway to black and white and this is the first contest and it is very striking image I allowed it this time. Had this been black and white I would have ranked it higher.

My Comments: I like the image, model and the blur effect but there was no post, but I allowed it this time. But by not having a post she lost the money a post would have earned her.  Never the less I hope to see her in future contests and please check out her page and upvote one of her posts. :)

My Comments: I don't know if the submitter is just the model or if the is a self-portrait. I would have liked to see more explanation on  the image. I like the retro look though. Nice job!

My Comments: I like milk bath idea and the model has a good body, but I would have like to seen a more emotion/sexual tension in the image because it's  more of an erotic nature. For example if she was leaning back but with her back arched and sticking her chest out.

My Comments: 
This was shot on film a long time ago so extra credit for that. I like the theme and the UFO looking object the model is standing on.  It's definitely very 1967 and brings you back to the old movies from that time. It's just a cool image!

My Comments: 
It was close between #3 and this image. But I ranked #3 higher because it had more definition to the image and the nipple. But this is still a worthy effort. Especially for this being a new area for the photographer.

I really love this image, everything about it from the model to the lighting from the moment I saw it. The lighting sculpts her body and adds definition.  Well Done is all I have to say!
