A pesar de que no hallo en las aguas 
ni siquiera mi vacío reflejo,
sé que estás aquí.

Te busco a tientas
como un ciego
que espía en la inconsciencia del cielo.

Tu presencia en este pozo de sueños
es innegable alegoría de lo real.
Eh, sí. El aro sigue girando, vuelve a girar
en la función ab aeterna.

Solo ante lo inmenso del atardecer
observo que la mañana luminosa 
se ha transformado en lejanía,
en óxido, en una gigante silueta.

Por lo pronto estoy aquí, de pie bajo tu árbol,
haciendo antesala, escribiendo las tablas
como los antiguos argonautas, por ejemplo,
esperando que tu luz me llegue desde adentro.</div>
